Will i have to change my solenoid winch cut-off for a manual one or will it pass. I can't find it in the regs. :?

Presumably by solenoid you mean one which is remotely operated?

As long as the cut-off kills the winch dead then it doesn't matter what type it is. Also the location of the cut-out controls must be clearly indicated - ideally on the drivers door.

You should also have a second cut-out which stops the engine and kills all electrical circuits.
